What is included in full board?
Sun loungers on the beach are included in the full-board price along with the sun umbrella at Bathing No. 86 Lailai Island from May to September. Outside this period it is necessary to ask the hotel by telephone. The sunbeds and umbrella can be used until the day before departure. Also included are the swimming pool, Technogym gym, Finnish sauna with chromotherapy, panoramic Jacuzzi whirlpool, three emotional showers with Turkish bath, and bicycles.
When can I use the bicycles?
Bicycles can be used free of charge from the morning and returned to the hotel no later than 19:00. Night use and use on the beach is not permitted.
What are the times for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Breakfast is open from 07:00 to 09:30. During trade fairs or other events, a different time is expected, in each case with indications on site. Lunch starts from 12:30 - 13:00, and dinner from 19:30 - 20:00.
How are the rooms?
Our rooms all have a bathroom with shower cubicle and are modernly furnished with 32" satellite TV, digital safe, telephone alarm clock and hairdryer. Air conditioning is available in all of them for a fee (€8 per day per extra room). The opening of the doors is entirely managed with a domotic card system.
Is there a bar in the hotel?
The hotel has an indoor bar where you will find coffee, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. It is open 24 hours a day.
Until what time can I return in the evening?
The hotel is open 24 hours a day with a night porter service and bar.

Is there a tourist tax in the hotel?
From 01/10/2012 the municipality of Rimini applies the tourist tax. The tourist tax is not included in the hotel fee.
How can I send the deposit?
The deposit must be sent by bank transfer.
What happens if I have booked without a deposit and cannot arrive?
If you arrive later than the time limit indicated by the hotel when making your reservation, the room can no longer be guaranteed in your name. In order to avoid the room being passed on to others, it is a good idea to call and inform them of any delay.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, but you will have to communicate the chosen method of payment upon arrival at the hotel.

On the day of departure, can I leave whenever I want?
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated no later than 10 a.m.
Arrival by car: how to do it?
The hotel is located about 5 km from the Rimini Sud motorway exit. Once you have exited, keep to the right at the fork and follow the signs for the sea.
Arrival by train: how to do it?
Once you get off at Rimini railway station, you can reach the hotel by taxi or by tram No. 11, which passes right in front of the station. You can get off at two stops: either No. 20 or No. 21; our hotel is located right between the two.
Arrival by plane: how to do it?
Rimini airport is about 4 km from the hotel. However, we recommend taking a taxi. From Bologna Airport you can take advantage of the "Shuttle Rimini Bologna Airport" paid service.
What should I do when I arrive at the hotel?
Once at the hotel, go to the reception desk to check in, where you will be asked for the valid documents of the persons booked, in order to proceed with public security registration. If arriving by car, please ask at reception for parking information before entering.
Why do I have to hand in an identity document and sign the P.S. card at check-in?
The Public Security Act requires that upon arrival at the hotel, a document containing the guest's identification data be completed: the so-called 'Notification Form'.

Is it possible to buy tickets for discos or amusement parks at the hotel?
It is possible to buy them at the hotel through an agency that comes directly to the venue with discounts and promotions for parks and discos. It is also possible to choose packages that include coach transport in addition to the ticket.
What can I find near the hotel
Near the hotel you will find a newsagent's, a tobacconist's, restaurants, bars and a promenade with many shops open until late at night. A little further on, you will find discos, plenty of pubs and amusement arcades. We are very close to a large shopping centre 'Le Befane', which also has a 12-screen multiplex cinema.
For information or directions, ask at reception: we always have information material, events, maps, etc. and will be happy to give you directions.
How do I get around in Rimini?
Rimini is easily accessible for everyone. You can get around on foot or by bus, which can take you to the port or the historic centre, and in no time even to nearby Riccione. It is also fun and convenient to visit by bicycle.
