  • What is included in the full board?
    The beach beds are included in the price full board together with the umbrella to the Bathroom n° 86 Lailai Island from May to September. Outside of this period it is necessary to ask by phone to the Hotel. Sun loungers and parasol can be used up to day before departure. Also included are the swimming pool, the Technogym fitness room, Finnish sauna with chromotherapy, whirlpool, rooftop Jacuzzi, heated swimming pool, three showers with Turkish bath and bikes.
  • When can I use a bicycle?
    The bicycles can be used free of charge by the morning and back at the Hotel no later than 19:00. It is not allowed to use at night and use at the beach.
  • What is the time of breakfast, lunch and dinner?
    The breakfast is open between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 09:30. During trade fair periods or other manifestations/events you expect a different time, in each case with signs on-site. Lunch starts from 12:30 – 13:00 and dinner from 19:30 - 20:00.
  • How are the rooms?
    Our rooms are all equipped with bathroom with shower and modernly furnished with tv-sat 32", digital safe, telephone-alarm clock and hair dryer. In all of the air conditioning is available for a fee (6 € per day per room extra). The opening of the doors is fully controlled with a home automation system to the cards.
  • The outdoor Pool is heated?
    Yes, with the heating system, only solar generation (more sun there is, the more it warms up!). In the month of June, on average, on a sunny day, in the afternoon the pool water is between 28°and 30°.
  • There is a bar in the Hotel?
    The Hotel has a bar inside where you will find products of the cafeteria, soft drinks and alcohol. Is open 24h/24h.
  • Until what time can I come back in the evening?
    The Hotel is open 24h/24h with concierge service and night bar.
  • The hotel is on the tourist tax?
    From 01/10/2012, the municipality of Rimini apply the tax. The tourist Tax is not included in the hotel price.
  • How can I send the deposit?
    The deposit must be sent by bank transfer.
  • What happens if I booked without a deposit and I can't get?
    If the arrival is after the time limit indicated in the time of the booking from the Hotel, the room cannot be guaranteed in your name. To avoid that the room is not given to other it is best to call and notify of any delay.
  • Can I pay by check?
    Yes, but you will have to communicate the method of payment chosen upon arrival at the hotel
  • On the day of departure can I leave when I want?
    On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated within and not beyond the hours 10:00 in the morning
  • Arrival by car: how to do it?
    The Hotel is located about 5 km from the motorway exit of Rimini Sud. Once you exit, keep right at the fork, follow signs for the sea.
  • Arrival by train: how to do it?
    Once you get off at Rimini railway station you can reach the hotel by Taxi or with the tram n°11 which passes right in front of the station. You can go down to two stops: the n°20 or n°21, our hotel is located right in between the two.
  • Arrival by airplane: how to do?
    The Rimini airport is about 4 Km from the Hotel. However, we recommend to take a taxi. From Bologna airport you can use the service for a fee, a Shuttle to the Rimini Bologna Airport".
  • What should I do when I arrive at the Hotel?
    Once arrived at the hotel, check in at the reception to do the check during which you will be asked for valid documents of all persons booked, to proceed with the registration of public security. If you arrive in the car, ask the reception for parking information, before it is accessed.
  • Because at Check-in, I have to leave an identity document and sign the form, P.S.?
    The law of Public Security provides, on arrival, to compile a document containing the identifying data of the host: the so-called "form of Notification".
  • You can buy at the hotel tickets for nightclubs or amusement parks?
    You can buy them in the hotel through an agency that is directly on-site with promotions and discounts for parks and nightclubs. You can also choose the packages that, in addition to the ticket, includes the bus transportation.
  • What I find near the Hotel
    Near the hotel are a newspaper kiosk, a tobacconist, restaurants, bars, a promenade with many shops open until late in the evening. A little further on, you can find nightclubs, many pubs and games rooms. We are very close to a great shopping centre “Le Befane”, that also features a multiplex cinema with 12 halls.. For information or directions please ask at reception: we have always of information material, events, plans, etc.. and it will be our care to give you directions.
  • As I move to Rimini?
    Rimini is easy to access for all. You can move around on foot or with the bus which can take you up to the harbor or the historic center, and in a short time also in the nearby Riccione. It is fun and comfortable to visit it by bike.
